Brian Gagnon encourages Aidan Adams to sing with passion Monday during Camp of Rock at the Great Falls Performing Arts Center in Auburn. Annabeth Treadwell, left, and 23 others are involved in the two-week music camp that is being taught by Gagnon. The Fairview Elementary School music teacher has brought youth together every summer since 2007 to play classic rock tunes. The kids voted to call themselves "Inattentive" since this year's camp is being held outside in a tent as a COVID-19 precaution. Inattentive will perform for the public at Lost Valley in Auburn at 6:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 13. Treadwell, 15, is a student at Edward Little High School.
