Urban Farm Fermentory owner Eli Cayer said his business is doing its best to mitigate the impact of live music and said they've been in compliance with existing sound limits. The city of Portland is reviewing the findings of a study that was done looking at noise levels in the Bayside neighborhood after residents there voiced complaints about outdoor concerts and live music at venues. “We want to be a good neighbor but we also want to continue to do business” Cayer said.
