AUGUSTA, ME - JULY 29: During a break in classes, show-goers look at portraits of Hilary Rodham Clinton, far left, and other famous women in the “HERstory: A Celebration of Strong Women” display at Maine Quilts 2022 Friday July 29, 2022 in the Augusta Civic Center. The show from the National Quilt Museum is also the title of a book collecting the works. This the first live in person show the Pine Tree Quilters Guild has put on since 20219. After taking two years off because of Coronavirus pandemic they’re back with classes, vendors and over 500 quilts on display. The show runs from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday.
